Is the build price one-time or monthly?
You pay the package price for design and development once, using the payment milestones in your proposal. Care for hosting, maintenance and support is optional afterwards and billed separately upfront quarterly or yearly.
What is included in the starting price?
Everything listed under the selected package within its limits. Your fixed proposal confirms the final scope before work starts.
Which external costs can apply?
For example domain, platform subscription, payment provider, transaction costs, paid plugins, licences and extensive content production.
When can my project launch?
Website Start usually takes 2–3 weeks, Webshop Start 4–6 weeks and Business Flow 4–8 weeks after scope and materials are complete.
Can I pay in stages?
Website Start can be paid 50% at the start and 50% before launch. Webshop Start and Business Flow use milestone payments defined in the proposal.
Do I own it after payment?
After full project payment, you own the agreed custom work and delivered content. External platforms, services and licences retain their own terms.
What if I need more?
We define the extension upfront and quote it separately. You do not receive surprise hours afterwards.
Can Care be quarterly or yearly?
Yes. Care is paid in advance quarterly or yearly. Yearly billing offers better value.
